Our Sgian Dubhs and Dirks are manufactured in Scotland to the highest standards of quality. The blades are constructed of Stainless Steel and the handles come in a variety of styles including Staghorn and Clan Crest. Each Clansman Sgian Dubh and Dirk comes with it's own Celtic Leather Sheath.

Sgian-Dubh means "black knife" in the Scottish Gaelic language. This wasn't due to the colour of the knife, but because the government banned the Highlander from carrying weapons, so he would have to hide the knife out of sight.
